Cardinal (Cardinalis cardinalis)

This Cardinal approached me. I was standing still looking for birds along the shrub, and tree line along the edge of Cravath Lake. I heard it first, stepping closer, I see him. It was like he couldn't see me. I was stunned, thank goodness I keep pressing the shutter.

Brilliant capture Brian! Though usually timid, they can occasionally be curious. I like to call to them, but they only giive a short chance for a photo.
