That's q quite incredible macro you've taken of this mantis Stanley!! He seems to be a different one too, I'm more used to seeing ones with a much thinner body than this guy has.

Fantastic macro of this amazing creature Stanley! I knew that females of certain species would devour their mate after the deed, I didn't realise there were males who followed suit!
