Carolina Wren (Thryothorus ludovicianus)

Nothing new lately as I've been very busy with work and an out of town trip to the Philadelphia Flower Show (fabulous). Anyway I took this Wren shot a couple weeks ago. I haven't seen or heard them for a bit so I'm hoping they haven't moved on. I just love these entertaining little birds.

Adrian, yes this bird has one of the loudest songs for a bird its size. They are amazing and very vocal.
 
Deanne, this realy is terrific, wonderful colour, and the detail is perfect. I love this one!
 
I've never seen a Wren, D, but I'll gander that to be as good a close-up as humanly possible! Superb! :clap:
 
Image quality is excelent with sharply shown details. The pose of the bird is fine looking very natural.
