Gosh Ander!!! What great action you've captured with this 'playing' eagle.

That must be how they hone their hunting and food passing skills. A wonderful image. Many thanks for sharing it with us.
 
Thanks for looking. That's the only time I've seen the eagles doing that, and I'm not sure what is the meaning.
The eagle in the photo is the female. The photo is taken during nesting season, when she hunts very little (if at all); she might be playing, practicing or just asserting her dominance over their territory.
