What a lovely shot of this Cattle Tyrant greeting the sun |=)| Superb, Stanley! And thanks for pointing me towards the Salvias. The square stem and shape of the flower really should have had me looking there in the first place, but the leaves, the looser form the plant was growing in (almost vine-like rather than upright) and the bud shapes (which seemed pea-like) sent me off i the wrong direction. I found the flower on-line now though: Salvia glutinosa. |=)|

Wow, that's a beautiful portrait of this bird, Stanley, and yet another first for these eyes.

I love the way your Tyrant really leaps out at you in an almost 3 dimensional view. Perfect background, it's a stunning shot Stanley.

A most beautiful image of this cattle tyrant, Stanley. Lovely shades of colour in its plumage and a great setting.

Stunning species Stanley and a well acquired & detailed image, very well posed & lit too.
Exceptional work, tfs.
