I had a great time last week when one of the folks who posts on our NH bird list reported a large flock of Cedar and Bohemian Waxwings up in Concord NH (an hour's drive from here). I packed up my gear and headed north and after crawling around the car parks for a business complex I found the Crabapple trees the Waxwings were feeding in. What a treat! There were 78 Cedars and a few Bohemians. The Bohemians were a life bird for me. I spent several hours photographing and observing these beauties.
