Cedar Waxwings (Bombycilla cedrorum)

I see cedar waxwings in the area often, but it's rare for the to come into the garden. There were three of them this afternoon hanging out at the feeders and Cibolo Falls. Very distinct and beautiful birds.

Such lovely birds are Waxwings, aren't they Ken. I was lucky enough to have a few visits from 'our' one this winter... they seem to have departed back to Scandinavia now though.

What a wonderful picture you've got of this duo - very well done my friend.
