Ceder Waxwing (Bombycilla cedrorum)

I was walking back to the car to leave when a group of these guys flew into the berry laden tree. Most of the time I was shooting in deep shadows, but then I was able to move into better light and get a few good images! At Brookgreen Gardens, Murrells Inlet, SC

Wow, what a fabulous profile of this Cedar Waxwing stuffing holly berries down its throat. Stunning work Bob!!!!

Super capture Bob! Nice and sharp with a great setting. I always worry about them choking on the berries but they get them down easily.
