I think these young starlings look rather lovely as they are changing. I did go out this morning as it said rain this afternoon...guess what? Stranded with no shelter, I got soaked lol. I did get some pics of ltt's and a warbler or chiffchaff, the pics are too dark to tell doh! so....I'm afraid it's a starling again today ;) Will comment on all your pics when I get back from skittles!

I agree with you Julie, I love watching Starlings growing up. This is a really good photo and I love the detail in the plumage.

I saw 48 of these birds this evening on my way home over Ipstones Edge in the Moorlands.
