Cherries Tanager (Ramphocelus costaricensis) Male, species sexually dimorphic. Bosque del Ro Tigre Lodge, Osa Peninsula, Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica. About 1 km east of the town Dos Brazos de Ro Tigre. Pacific secondary rain forest at ca. 130 m (427 ft) elevation.

They're beautiful tanagers, aren't they. I think I'd struggle getting the exposure right for them... you've done a great job.

Excellent shot! Not at all like his blushing bride in terms of plumage, although those silvery-blue bills do bear a family resemblance.
