Chestnut-fronted Macaw
Chestnut-fronted Macaws (Ara severus) Sexes similar. This couple was checking out the Coyol Palm snag.
Habitat
Lowland jungle, (tropical lowland rainforest, riverine floodplain forest) at 517 m (1,696 ft) elevation.
Location
Amazonia Lodge grounds, north of Atalaya, adjacent to Ro Altos Madre de Dios, Madre de Dios Department, Per.
