Last week sometime the weather forecast was for a powerful storm system to pass close by us and potentially give us 10cm or more of snow. That day turned out to be mostly sunny and relatively warm. On Tuesday this week, we were supposed to have a mostly sunny and relatively warm day, and we got a cold windy day and 10cm or more of snow. This Chickadee, like me, is wondering if the weather guys are using a Ouija board to forecast the weather instead of powerful computers and satellite systems
