Hmmm - I'm sure it's a Chiffchaff

Dark plain cheek with prominent eye ring, dark legs, short wings, dull flanks and underparts.
Also it's getting very late for WW.

mmmm.. I was surprised to see a WW around so late in the year. Not impossible of course. Is that Tipton in Devon or further north?
