Chocolate Muffin Feast (Prunella collaris)

- Hey, lady, are you going to share that Chocolate Muffin with me?
- Yes, dear, but you'll only get the crumbs, I don't want you to become a fat ball of feathers!

This conversation took place during my holidays in Sierra Nevada, at 3400 m, between an exhausted tripper (me) about to ingest a restorative (Chocolate Muffin) and a lovely bird with pleading eyes and gourmet sense of taste. |=)| When I took this pic of the series, the greedy little thing was already stuffing itself! Do you notice the crumbs?

Of course, it is a newbie for my gallery, and only my second encounter with this high-altitude dweller! :bounce: Almost full frame, only a slight crop to compose it, it was literally at my feet! o:)

It would take a heart of stone to resist this little beauty Marian and it was well worth a few crumbs for a lovely shot like this. Hmmm, chocolate muffins ... I'm feeling a little peckish myself. Nice one Marian.

Now I'm starving :D
Beautiful shot Marian, how could anyone resist this little beauty:t::t:

Beautiful image and lot of details Marian. I find alpine accentor also on my mountains always over 2500 m, sometimes they are incredibly confident.
