Looks more like a black black bear to me! Cinnamon Black Bears are usually brown (i.e. cinnamon coloured).

Whatever, it's a great shot, I can never get these guys in focus!
 
It doesn't look like it in that photo because the bear is in the shadows, in the sun you can see the cinnamon color. here is a shot of the same bear in better lighting:
