Classic Saturday Fun shot

Classic Saturday Fun shot (Cyanistes caeruleus)

Typical - just when we get them in focus. Of course, with burst mode and fast shutter speed (which this time of year unfortunately means high ISO and wide aperture, but it is gradually getting lighter), sometimes it turns out well enough that we can call it an "action shot" and get away with it ;)
Anyway, I'm hoping some of the many BTs we're getting in our garden this winter are last summer's clutch from the nest box. We certainly have loads of the little cuties leaping about these days. And they've learned what's edible and how to get at it.
