Another outstanding capture.Spot-winged Tit is the correct English name,but your scientific name is correct.The soft green background really lifts the bird!
 
Spot-winged Tit is the old name.This name is changed to "Coal Tit" in the recent field guides :). Sorry for the confusion but I guess the scientific name will help. This species is known to interbreed with the coal tit of Europe in western Nepal.
