I saw your comment to Brian about the Red Kites feeding place. Yes, Gigrin is the one you were thinking of. But there's another one further north near Aberystwyth (which is free;) LOL). It's run by the RSPB at [COLOR="Blue"]Nantyrarian[/COLOR]. It's a lovely spot.

You can get an idea of what I saw [COLOR="Blue"]here[/COLOR]... but that was with my old camera - I'd get much better pictures with this one. And you'd do brilliantly with yours.

It may, then, depend on which one is easier for you to get to.
 
Lovely capture Carl. Our swallows do not migrate, they are around all year here in Hawke's Bay.
