Cocoa Woodcreeper (Xiphorhynchus susurrans subsp. costaricensis) Bosque del Ro Tigre Lodge, Osa Peninsula, Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica. About 1 km east of the town Dos Brazos de Ro Tigre. Pacific secondary rain forest at ca. 130 m (427 ft) elevation.

This will be my last post for a couple of weeks. My wife and I are off to Brazil.. I will miss everyone's fabulous posts!!!!

Not the size I would think when it comes to Woodcreepers ;) This is a stunning shot of this species Stanley. Beautifully captured.
