Coming in to land

This is the runway, which crosses the island. There are over 100,000 seabirds nesting here in the summer, and 103 species have been recorded (often blown in by winds). Plus superb snorkelling and diving. Manta Rays are regularly seen here. There are no private houses, and tourist accommodation is limited.
