A bald raven in breeding plumage (Phalacrocorax carbo)

A cormorant fly by. Have never been this close to cormorants in the UK. They tend to stay a bit further away from us. Phalacrocorax - means bald raven (hence the title); carbo - charcoal.

LOL that'd be a good one for April 1st Sandeep... it fooled me for a minute till I read your explanation. I had no idea of the meaning.
