Any ideas please? I think possibly a young Steppe or Large Spotted Eagle, but it has a few of us stumped!

Thank you, I'll do that!
I have asked a few birding experts, one who is a leading authority on vultures and raptors in general, and 2 that are recognised bird experts in Bhutan. The response has varied but seems to have been narrowed down to either Steppe Eagle, Large Spotted Eagle or Golden Eagle.
