New goshawk (Accipiter gentilis)

Arrived and left within seconds. Exactly this is the reason why I believe its a new one. The other raptors are "used" to humans.

A wonderful portrait of this splendid raptor, JB! An immature Goshawk flew over the house today. The first we've seen near the house since we moved in. No pictures unfortunately.
