Habitat
Mid-elevation cloudforest/rainforest (foot hills) of the Cordillera de Tilaráns at 709 m (2,326 ft) elevation. Planted gardens surrounded by forest. Caribbean-slope.
Location
Arenal Observatory Lodge, situated in Parque Nacional Volcán Arenal, 2.7 kilometers (1.7 mi) southwest of Volcán Arenal and east of Lake Arenal, Alajuela Province, Costa Rica.
