The annual battle of trying to get a good Tern shot kicked off yesterday and its a resounding victory for the Terns! This is the best of a very miserable collection. Still, a good reason to try again, hopefully a bit closer next time!

Lovely pose Paul, you should be pleased with this shot mate, a good un.

Thanks for the comments but this is one of those shots that holds up as a web image but at full size is just too heavily cropped and not sharp enough to stand up to printing, hence my criticism.

Hi Paul, I had a go at these today at Brandon, But they were just to quick. Well done chap.

It's still a cracking shot Paul, and it's good to see you back behind a camera[where you belong]!! Belated congratulations on becoming a dad mate.

paul this looks bl**dy good to me mate, honestly.
just found out about you being a new dad, so congrats from me. and i hope your training your baby well so his first word will be "canon".

yep, one of the real tuffies to get in flight, they change direction so darn fast. Nice shot though even if you can't get a print out of it.
