Most of you have a bird species, or two, which have the distinction of being difficult to shoot: not because they are rare, but that they are difficult to shoot. Such is the Common Yellow-throat. Many times they will be heard before they are seen: especially the males. It is March, the breeding season is upon the birds and the males are declaring territory. The songs and vocalizations give away their postions, but still they are not easy to see. They also all energy. They never stop moving: it is for this reason the bird is difficult to shoot.
