This is the hawk that one of my co-workers found trapped in the basement of the unused part of the facility. I was afraid it was too stressed, so I just propped open the doors and hoped it would fly outside.

Nice shot. Hope it gets out ok. I always think it is tough dealing with squirrels which get in my attic now and then but this is even tougher. Good luck.
