Cooper's Hawk 3 (Free at Last) (Accipiter cooperii)

This hawk had been trapped inside a building in the unused portion of the facility. It wouldn't go outside on its own, so I came back on my day off to check on it. I chased it around the building until it was tired and sat down on the floor in a corner. I placed my winter coat on top of it, then slid it into a 5 gallon bucket with my coat covering the top of the bucket. I let it rest there for a few minutes, then took it outside, and released it. It flew up to the roof of one of the nearby buildings and posed for a few more photos. After that it flew over to the trees along the Huron River.
