Coscoroba Swan with cygnets

Coscoroba Swan with cygnets (Coscoroba coscoroba)

Another sign of Spring. The pair of Coscoroba Swans were watching over their five cygnets, which were a lively bunch. It looked to be "like herding cats". This shot with four of the five was the most I managed to catch in one frame.
Coscorobas are the smallest of the birds called swans, sort of a borderline species between swans and geese.
