What a lovely picture you've taken of this pair Darwin.

Blue-crowned Motmot underwent a big split recently, and coeruliceps is now called Blue-capped Motmot, but is only found in Mexico.

I believe your one must be the one now called Lesson's Motmot (Momotus lessoni.

If you agree, I'll change the scientific name to this and will upload your delightful image to the article, as we do not have a female there.

i take the name out of the costa rica field guide/garrigues, dean 2007. but i read it now at the internet and you are right, it's lessoni. please change it.
