Crane in silvery light (Grus canadensis)

Tomorrow some cranes in the sky in bright sunshine. Eventually, I promise, I'll be done with the cranes. And I'm not likely to see Sandhill Cranes any year soon again, so your patience will eventually be rewarded with other species ;)

A super picture this Ann - the better light really shows the red head of beautifully, doesn't it.

I love cranes and never expect to see any now!! So don't mind you posting pics of them... 'specially when they're this good!!;)
