Crested Ducks
Crested Ducks (Lophonetta specularioides alticola) The floating reddish vegetation is water fern (Azolla filiculoides: Salviniaceae) also known as mosquito fern.
Habitat
Lagoons with surrounding area being puna grasslands at 3,491 m (11,453 ft) elevation.
Location
Near Abra Pampa, Jujuy Province, Argentina.

They blend in well with that mosquito fern and quite a lovely image of these two Stanley.
