Crested
Doc Duck

Crested (Ocyphaps lophotes)

This charmer reminded me of Alfalfa from "Little Rascals" (aka "Our Gang")). I got quite a few shots of him. Then, just as he got into a patch of sunlight, where I hoped I would capture even more of the colorful iridescences on his wings, an Australian Magpie swooped down and chased him off :(
