Crimson rosella (Platycercus elegans)

Found these parrots both in the north in Cairns and more south in Sydney and near Melbourne.
This one was on side trip to Ocean Road from Melbourne. Striking looking birds with blue cheek patches. They can be found with either red, yellow or orange bodies although we only saw the red bodied ones.
