I'm presuming you have the ID right, as the scientific name you used goes to Orange-fronted Parakeet (Aratinga canicularis) and the flight picture there doesn't show the colours on the underwing?
The scientific name for Cuban Parakeet is Psittacara euops (previously Aratinga euops). I hope you don't mind that I've changed it?
