That's a lovely looking parakeet you found D&S!! And great to get the underwing too, as we don't have a flight picture in the Gallery at the moment. So it'll be heading to The Opus article shortly.

I'm presuming you have the ID right, as the scientific name you used goes to Orange-fronted Parakeet (Aratinga canicularis) and the flight picture there doesn't show the colours on the underwing?

The scientific name for Cuban Parakeet is Psittacara euops (previously Aratinga euops). I hope you don't mind that I've changed it?
