Cuckoo!!
or not! More a whistle.

We were just organising ourselves into the car for the journey home, when a Horsfield's Bronze Cuckoo flew into a tree nearby.

Of course I'd seen my first one the day before, so it was really nice to have another look before we left.

caught him in full action, Delia, another great shot of this beautiful cuckoo, top class, many tfs!!!
 
Had to listen to this one on line now. Doesn't sound like "our" cuckoo at all, more like a warbler/bullfinch hybrid (soundwise, that is ... if such a thing could be imagined).
 
A wonderful colourfully lit Cuckoo shot and close up Delia. Brilliant, well done.
