curlew sandpiper (Calidris ferruginea)

had another morning in the desert, watched a kestrel attacking a hoopoe lark, and the lark doing it best to survive, wonder how it ended up.

anyway i also took a drive to the shore to check if i see anything interesting, and i found this which is a lifer, nice end to this year.
