Dark-Eyed Junco (Junco hyemalis)

I can't remember a November, in California, that has been this warm. There has not been one day that was below 70 deg., and many that were above 80 deg. It's depressing ( I know there are many thinking that one man's lament is anothers wish). I don't know if this is a record but I intend to look it up on the USGS data base of climactic averages for California. The birds and animals are confused. Got fewer of some of the migriants that should be here, and more of the migrants that should'nt. Wierd
