Dark-fronted Babbler
A record shot of this elusive babbler endemic to the Western Ghats, South India. I have not seen this bird since :-(

That was a great find for you my friend, this is only the 7 picture to come in for this species. There are two subspecies recorded in the Western Ghats, one from Begum to Palghat Gap and the other south of Palghat Gap. Do you know where this one fits in please.
