Also I would agree with Bewick - definitely not a kestrel. I'd go with Grasshopper Buzzard.
 
Sometimes difficult to define the right species, but I can live with a Buzzard..
Its always good to check for comparison images on platforms like ebird, sometimes illustrations can leave stuff to interpretation. Very nice picture of a great bird.

In some cases you may actually gain a new lifer!

There's also a dedicated section of this forum, which I have quite often used myself: Bird Identification Q&A. The good news is, with such great photos, nailing the ID should never be a problem.
