Desert Sparrow vs. Spanish Sparrow (Passer simplex, Passer hispaniolensis)

Desert sparrow proved the most difficult of the desert specialties to locate. One of only two individuals seen, close to a Berber camp. This is probably a juvenile, due to red colouration around the eye.
