LOL, um, yes that beautiful Spoonbill should cut back on sugar and fats! Very nice portrait.
 
Thanks you all! The rookery was in a mangrove tree surrounded by water. So I could go all the way around it. I don't know why they aren't spooked by a birder in a kayak, but it's cool they are not because I don't have a very long lens.
