Double something (Troglodytes troglodytes)

The light was doing interesting things with this image, and I'm not sure why. For one thing, I must have hit some odd button while carrying the camera, as it was suddenly showing mostly blue tones. Still, I rather liked the effect in this one (though not in the others similarly affected). Taken when my friend and I walked up to the park for a leg stretch before starting our intensive course in double knitting. We hadn't realized until the night before that it was meant for advanced double knitters, and neither of us had ever done double knitting before. So the night before, we looked up an instructional video on line and studied up. That turned out to be enough. Whew!

Looks like a bit of chromatic aberration going on. Even the Wren appears to be questioning it ;)

Poor wren, its got the blues! Quite an artistic touch to it Doc. Sometimes things just work out despite ourselves (lol). TFS!

That really is an interesting image Ann... wonder what you did? Did you work it out?

Gosh... I used to do so much knitting, but never even heard of double knitting before!! Just watched a couple of videos, how interesting.
