Down the hatch
Doc Duck

Down the hatch (Turdus pilaris)

Not the big grub in yesterday's shot, but an equally oversized worm this time. And I was a millisecond too slow, so you can only barely see it going down.
Just got back from Oslo. Off to bed soon. I got a wee bit of browsing done this morning when the meeting was delayed by half an hour. Looking forward to more tomorrow.

A lovely closeup of this Fieldfare Doc. LOL, I'd rather not see the poor worm being eaten ;)

Thie Fieldfare had to gobble it down before you come come and take it away (lol)! It certainly looks proud of itself! Great picture Doc!!!!

Yum! Such a nice feeling after a meal. Looks like your snow has melted; ours has, too. Excellent capture of this unusually patterned bird, tfs!
