Dr Manjeet Singh - update! (Erithacus rubecula)

The doc rang a few minutes ago to say things are getting closer. The computer and modem are up and running but it looks like the ligthning strike caused a few more problems. The surgery has to be rewired which is ongoing now and hopefully won't take too long. He sends his regards to everyone and misses Bird Forum and the friends he's made. Sounds like he's got some more great stories to tell and a whole bunch of photos to upload when he gets back online.
Location
Hurworth Burn Reservoir, County Durham, UK.
Date taken
12th January 2009
Scientific name
Erithacus rubecula

An excellent close-up Ian. Thanks for the Doc's update, looking forward to many more pic's and stories! :t:

Thanks very much for the Doc info Ian!! much appreciated mate, as for your Robin post its a Tree cracker :t::t::t:

I am speechless at the beauty of that bird! (European Robin, is it?) What a great photo. Since I don't have equipment for capturing these birds photographically, I am reliant on geniuses like you to do it for me. Thank you so much.
