Beautiful shot, Cristian. I put this to a Finnish insect forum and got an answer.
"Some Orthetrum it is. Young male that hasnt yet got the typical blue colouring of an adult male. Could be a Keeled Skimmer (Orthetrum coerulescens) but on the other hand quite black looking wing spots, Black-Tailed Skimmer, O. cancellatum? ..."
"Very colourful, even if its very newly born. My eyes can see wrong but the "tail appendages" (dont really know what they are in English) seem to be white. In that case it would be Orthetrum albistylum.
