This is the scene as of last evening at the patch. The light poles at the center of the photo mark the road on the other side of the pool which extended up to almost the 4th pole at the right. Sadly, as you can see, the patch is almost dried up now & the cattle are feasting on the tall grass. Lots of jungle & common mynas were frolicking around them. Even the cattle egrets have stopped visiting this place. That should mark the end of my birding trips here.
All good things must come to an end at sometime I suppose.
