Gulf Prairies and Marshes Vegetational Zone. Situated in the Nueces-Rio Grande Coastal Basin at ca. 4 m (13 ft) elevation.

Hazel Bazemore County Park, Calallen, Nueces County, Texas, USA.

Nettles are so pretty close up 😍 as long as you don't get too close to burning ones 😉
