This is "Blue-fronted Redstart" female, a species in the family Muscicapidae, the Old World flycatchers. Its range includes the northern regions of the Indian Subcontinent and parts of Southeast Asia. It is found in India, Bhutan, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Tibet and Vietnam. Its natural habitat is temperate forests. The female is brownish-grey, with paler underparts, in a word, they are very dull-looking. Also, females are rarely seen. Males are very colorful with deep blue covered head and yellow on front.
