Dunnock
Not the sharpest of pictures I've taken of this guy, but I'm always so pleased when I spot him in amongst the Sparrows. He's not a daily visitor like them, unfortunately.

It's not being a daily visitor makes you appreciate them all the more ;) A lovely capture and presentation D.

One of my favourites Delia! real little characters...well done and thanks for sharing :t:

A good shot of this fine guest! True that it's not always easy to spot amongst the sparrow when feeding on the ground

Still you captured him nicely, Delia. tfs. And yes, Anup is a young son of my friend, Ramesh. All of us had been to Magadi along with another friend.

A lovely shot of this delightful little Dunnock, Delia !!! One of my favourites too and recently I have been lucky enough to have one visit my garden daily.
Best Wishes.

Awww! Good they left him at least a few crumbs. Hopefully he'll come back for more.
Daughter and SIL made it last ni... uhmm, make that this morning, about 1am. She's an even better cook than I am, and now she's calling out that dinner's ready. Guess I'll sign off. BF will have to wait 'til after dinner.
Happy Holidays, Delia!
